This is a very special tube nut, we produce it from straight knurl rod to save producing cost and time. It has a very high precision, especially for the two holes at the side surface. At first, we produced it with two steps, first produced by CNC for inner and outer dimensions, and then produced two side holes in the four axis machining center. Now we have updated our equipments, we can finish all dimensions in the mixture machining lathe.
